Advanced implantology course reviews

  • Dr. Taner and his team are extremely professional, they have good theoretical knowledge and the practical part was organized in a way that we really participated in all the phases of both surgical and phrostetic work. After this course I would feel confident enough to try placing zygoma implants by myself...

More about the course

Did you know that IAI organizes this unique course only once a year?

Divided in two modules (1.theory and 2.practice + live surgery), this course is offering a program with renowned practitioners in the fields of Implantology, Maxillo-Facial Surgery, ENT and Anesthesiology.

By attending this course you will learn how and when to use axial implants, tilted implants, zygomatic and pterygoidian implants and combinations between them. In this way, you can save hundreds, even thousands of patients, improving their quality of life, even if they stopped hoping for fixed teeth.

A totally edentulous patient, in very few cases presents enough bone for dental implant insertion without the need for bone augmentation. In most cases, maxillary bones suffer from various degrees of atrophy: from moderate to advanced atrophy and even dramatic. In many cases, the patient is unwilling or his health does not allow for complicated and poorly predictable procedures involving high risks, dramatic costs and a longer time for treatment completion.

Modern techniques of totally edentulous jaw rehabilitation involve special techniques with special implants, easy to perform in a well-trained team, able to avoid complicated bone grafting procedures, offering to the patients fixed teeth immediately after surgery.

State of the art lectures focusing on clinically relevant aspects related to the patient selection criteria, investigations, diagnosis, treatment planning, surgical and prosthetic protocols, occlusion, accidents and complications management, long term patient monitoring and many more, will be provided to the participants with predictable, clinically proven and evidence based treatment concepts for the advanced management of a totally edentulous patient.

This course also includes a practical session, in which specialists in implantology will practice zygomatic and pterygoidian implant insertion on high quality special models. On the last day, practical module participants will have the privilege of seeing “live” the full rehabilitation protocol (surgical and prosthetic) of the atrophic maxillary, using special implants.

All participants will have the opportunity of seeing the full clinical cases, treated in over two decades by specialists from our Institute. They will learn how to evaluate and select the patient, how to organize surgeries from logistics to protocols, understand the importance of restorative stages like prosthetics and occlusal analysis, how to avoid accidents and complications, and many practical tips and tricks.

We are looking forward to welcome you at this unique course in the wonderful capital of Romania, city of Bucharest!

Only 6 tickets are currently available from €4999. Join us in Constanta on November 22nd and update/improve your implant techniques!

About Institute of Advanced Implantology

Find out more about us

The international Institute of Advanced Implantology (IAI) was founded in 2013 (previously named CPID) by dr. Chemal Taner and his partners to train dentists from all over the world in the implantology and periodontology field, from basic to advanced level, step by step, to cope with all situations of everyday practice.

We are passionate about teaching and use state of the art technology and teaching methods to present the latest scientific, clinical and technical information. Our faculty and team openly share their in-depth knowledge garnered from over 2 decades of private implant practice experience.

The institute mission is to spread 20 years of experience in private practice, focused on implantology. IAI promotes international exchanges between dentists from all over the world in order to contribute to the advancement of oral implantology and to improve the quality of life of our patients, globally.

Our Institute is located in Romania and has 2 main offices: one in the center of Bucharest, the beautiful capital of the country and one on the Black Sea coast, in the beautiful city of Constanta.

Both locations have the most modern clinical and educational facilities. Thus, our courses are particularly interactive and with great emphasis on the practical side.

Participants can experience, depending on course level, from simple interventions for beginners to complex ones involving advanced surgical and prosthetic techniques and special implants, also.
The existence of dedicated surgery areas equipped with all types of anesthesia will bring new knowledge and information to the dentists who participate in our courses.

We assure you that you will have a unique experience by participating in our courses, both medically and socially.
